Harvest of the Sea Premium Tail-On Cooked Shrimp*, thawed 24-30 oz.

Butter 8 oz. 1/2 cup
Fresh Mushrooms, sliced 8 oz. 3 cups
Onion, finely chopped 4 oz. 1 cup
Flour 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Chicken Broth 16 oz. 2 cups
Dry White Wine 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Dijon Mustard 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Dry Tarragon, crushed

2 Tbsp.
Salt

--
3/4 tsp
Pepper

--
1/2 tsp
Paprika

--
1/2 tsp
Heavy Cream 6 oz. 3/4 cup

* You may use any size Harvest of the Sea Tail-On Cooked Shrimp.

Preparation Instructions

1. In a large saute pan, melt butter. Add mushrooms and onions; saute till limp.

2. Stir in flour. Add broth and wine while stirring.

3. Stir in mustard and seasonings; cook till mixture thickens and bubbles.

4. Reduce heat; stir in cream and Harvest of the Sea Premium Tail-On Cooked Shrimp

5. Cover and cook 2 minutes, or till heated through.

6. Serve over rice or noodles.
