Spicy Thai Pasta with Shrimp

Harvest of the Sea Premium Tail-On Shrimp*,  thawed 8 lbs.

Olive Oil 8 oz. 1 cup
Chili Oil 1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.
Sliced Green Onion 1 lb. 1 1/2 qts.
Garlic, minced

5 tsp. (10cloves)
Slivered Red, Green and Yellow Bell Peppers 6 lbs. 6 qts.
Peanut Halves 1 1/4 lbs. 1 qt.
Salt

--
2 Tbsp.
White Pepper

--
1 1/2 tsp.
Spaghetti (or fresh Chinese Noodles),
cooked and drained
4 1/2 lbs.

Green Onion Fans (optional garnish)

As Needed

* You may use any size Harvest of the Sea Tail-On Cooked Shrimp.

Preparation Instructions

1. In a large pan heat oils: saute onions and garlic 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper; saute until crisp-tender. Keep hot.

2. At serving time, add Harvest of the Sea Tail-On Cooked Shrimp and peanuts; toss in vegetable-oil mixture just to heat through. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Toss shrimp mixture with cooked pasta; serve hot garnished with green onion fan if desired.
